Feedback on TGP Design

I'm new to this part of adult work. I've been doing graphics for a while now, but I'm still in the hunt for information at to the how's and why's of running a successful tgp type site.

I just wanted to get some feedback on the design of it so far. There will be plenty of room for links. Well, maybe a tgp isn't exactly what I'm goin' for..I want more of a link list type site.

and oh yeah, at the root..that's not a splash..that's just something up until I get it finished..

Don't know anything about TGPs ... but I find the black writing on the brown background hard to read.
