TGP Hosting Program for Windows

Hey all,
I am trying to find a program like AutoGallery SQL that will run in a windows environment, any ideas. I am trying to start up numerous TGP sites and am looking for something that will work in windows. Perl and PHP installed on server.
Please, any recommendatons would be appreciated.

Dont run windows.

Auto Gallery Pro works well within the Windows Enviroment.It is in
the PHP langauge but can be easily changed to Perl.
