How many affiliates programs allows Paypal cashouts? (Give me Ref links)

Is there a good and reliable company hosting than accepts Paypal payments?

Tell me somes tips how to learn 100 u$s per week (or 50 bucks, all money is fine for me ;))

Take a looks at www.sextracker.com - top 100 rank list. Most of thsoe are TGPs and you want to make sure you sub to those at least.
