    Help Needed Urgent.........

    I have client who is being written about in really unpleasant terms in a constant email campaign to all his associates and contacts- The email is a yahoo account - Could you guys offer any advice on how too terminate this guy- its no use just stopping the account at yahoo because he will only get another ....we would like to try to get to the source of the campaign and prosecute

      A well written and polite letter to all of his associates and contacts explaining the situation should be all needed. Then they can either block the sender, ignore then or inform them to not contact them again.

      If you're client is actually losing money because of the actions of this person and it can be proven, it's time for a lawyer to step in.
