You need a standard model release signed by the talent, which I'll be happy to give you. You also need legible photocopies of preferably two photo ID's, but one is okay. If they are going to be doing any hardcore, you must have current HIV tests in your records as well. Also, I would recommend you have them complete a W-9 tax form, just in case your accountant wants to keep you honest!
