why would you sell a money making site ?

Short on help and the model is my wife. She's/we have had a hard time keeping up with all the tgp's I run. My 6 tgp's make at least $600 a month each, well you can do the math. we have kids and all that every day life stuff takes it's toll. good question though :-)
