Anyone know of a simple popup/under cgi script that will randomly pull from a set list? I can only find bulky hahahahahahahahahaha or expensive advertising management software.
phpAdsNew is a bit bulky in that it has some rather advanced features if you only what the basics, but it allows for all kinds of advertising(flash, html, images) along with different sizes and popups/unders. It requires php/mysql but is fairly easy to install.
