Solution for streaming video/pay-per-view

Hi there
We are running a adult website with pictures and videos. Right now videos are cut in segments and presented in progressive streaming (QuickTime).
Members ask for full lengh videos (our own exclusive bi gangbang content).
We want to make full length videos accessable online via pay per view.

What is the best strategy to do that?

1. putting streams on your server and set up your own pay per view billing (our current hosting company doesnt provide video streaming)
2. using a generic streaming video service (if there is one and what billing company would do that - iBill?)
3. Partner with an adult streaming video company and give them our videos to put it in their system and set up a deal

looking around I found the following VOD providers that sound interesting.

As I understood, with all you could build your own theater with your own content.

Does anybody have experience with those companies?
Any other major player in this market I have missed do far?
RealMedia streams vs. divX streams?
Is it worthwile at all to produce DVDs and VCRs - is not streaming the better revenue model?
