I need a good program besides Gammacash or Candidclicks (candid is nice, just low payouts) and Gammacash ripped me off of $275 cuz they said I used a redirected link.. which I didnt

Like many blind link programs Flash Cash measures the quality of your traffic. If you don't meet the quota you get thrown to Per Signup. Read there Message Board.

If your looking for Per Click with no conversion there probably isn't. But pay per install on the other hand is a different story.
