I need a redesign.help?

I know there are some super dedicated smarties hangin here so I'll just ask.

I am looking for someone to help me put all my sites or "properties" together with a unified look. Nothing complicated, not too many animating Gifs, just decent color, logo, and layout. I just don't have the time or the graphic arts ability.

Each site would be individual static pages with common advertisement spaces and common blog. They would each have one featured product section. As well as common banners leading to specific "other featured products" in my Auctionworks store.

I would also want help designing the banner ads to fit in each piece of real estate or ad space.

Basically i need sites for ebaydoug, liberatorshapes and butt plugs, video surveillance, hemp, garden art, hunting, auctionparty, and a few other sites.

I am looking for a future right hand person for my global butt plug empire.

Of course if any of you hippes would like to just buy Axzar and it's properties now, that would be groovy.
