Contract for a Web Site

I am developing a business case and implementation plan for a new adult web site, featuring some of my models.

I have a good idea of what is required, except for the security part of it.

I know we want to keep out password crackers and sharers, track the ip of the member signups, but I am sure there is much more.

Is there a web site that would contain documentation for the design requirements I should be specifying?

You could probably find all of the information you could ever need about starting up an adult site 'by the book' by going to:

They have an unbelievable amount of material to go through, but if you search it just right you should find what you need with no problem.
