TGP hosting

I want to find a good host for a thumbnail preview tgp (around 20k uniques/daily and growing). What should I look for? Dedicated, virtual, colocated hosting? I need around 200 gigs transfer/month. TGP owners, what is your host/configuration?

I also want to add a thumbnail preview script. I'm still looking around, any suggestions?

Thanks guys! I also figured out that I may need to upgrade my plan and add new sites, so additional bandwith should not cost me 2$/extra gig. I need a few handy features. I know most of these are standard with most hosting plans but here they are:
