Free Hosting
I know this may sound kind of cheap, but honestly I would like to build out a site on free hosting (at least first), but I have a great db cgi script that I want to use. Does anyone know of a free host that will allow cgi scripts?

Use Revshare Hosting. They allow cgi, mysql, perl etc...

Sorry, but I didn't notice the cgi/db request.
