What sponsors do you use (that actually pay) and what's their conversion rates and your niche? I'm just curious how real conv rates compare against what sponsors advertise, since I'm lookin for a few new ones.

I would like some feed back on that as well, you hear some pretty low numbers quoted. You hear a lot of 1/75 type of numbers but I would like to know if that is firstly from the join page, and secondly are those numbers over a fairly broad time frame.
I know my site can go 1 week converting at 1/150 from the main page, and then the next week 1/1000 but as a whole it converts at 1/450 over many months.

Ratio means nothing, you need to track the clicks sent and then / by the number of joins and get a price per click figured out.
Then findout who your top sponsors are.
