    why would I buy content?

I'm just wondering why I would buy content. I know that it's to fill my galleries with fresh content - that's a concept I understand, but if the models I'm showing off don't appear in the site I'm advertising, the surfer will be ultimately pissed off.

I know that if I want to jack off to some hot chick that doesn't even appear on the site, I'm gonna be mad.

so somebody, please explain to me. Why would I buy content and advertise a sponsor whose site(s) doesn't have that model?

no. so what do I do with the content?

I make a gallery. I have a bunch of big tit sponsors. say nasty dollars and score.

I know that their hosted galleries and available content is available everywhere.

so I buy some content of some hot chick with huge tits, and make up a gallery.

What banner ads do I use? where do I point all the lusty text? If I point the surfer to bignaturals.com, I know that the surfer is never going to see that model on bignaturals because they produce their own content.

same with score, although score has more models, there's less chance of the surfer noticing unless they stay subscribed for a few months and go thru all the content.

When I build a gallery the pics come right out of my paysite.Somtimes I use content that hasn't been uploaded to the site yet,but it is still content that I own,and will show up on my site as soon as its updated.I agree if a certain set of pics draws a surfer to your site, then those pics should be there.Otherwise it seems like false advertising.

If you spend all day worrying about what happened yesterday.....then tommorow will suck too.

i understand what ur saying. but a gallery needs to do one important thing: draw ppl in.

u got a nice girl and u get ppl clicking.. more ppl see ur website with ur ref codes.

i agree if u have awesome content.. but ur job is to get ppl clicking to the paysite. thats it.

i agree that u should use content if its a reality site.. but for softcore or general categories.. u want to lure ppl in.

so that's all standard practice? I'm not going to run into problems with sponsors because I'm advertising content that isn't theirs?

seems odd to me, which is why I wanted to clear it up before I went out and actually bought some content

            cheers

Probably it's time to think about to open your own member site and not giving away $$$ to somebody else

I don't think it is such a problem, by the time they leave the gallery and join the site they will be pretty occupied with whatever content is in the members section. As long as the niche that the gallery revolved around makes up the niche of the members section the surfer won't care.

My galleries and the site they promote are a different situation however. Because my galleries revolve around selling our extreme reality site, I really need to make sure that the content in the gallery can be found in the members section, otherwise the surfer will cancel imediately.

                Spooky

                  Good point,

I guess the idea is to get them inside the paysite, once in there
their definately get their rocks off on the other content.

that's my thought i wonder what percentage of charge back are due to false advertising.

yeh, I think in the States, false advertising is common practice - almost like it's expected. In my country, you'd be fucked.

this has really nothing to do with chargebacks on the galleries part. a part of the chargeback occurs on the paysites fault.

u put up teens and u got a link to a cumshot site, u wont get that many clicks.

u put teens, send them to teens, chances are they might click more. its up to the paysite to sell

its hard to remember whats gallery brought u onto a paysite since there is so many..

So dont forget, ur selling ads.

At least to most of the non-asians. But you are more likely heading to american and british credit card owners, so that's not such a problem.

Seriously, you don't have to bother for advertising with inappropriate content, unless you keep the niche. And if the surfer decides to stay 4 months browsing everything in the members area to find the original girl he saw on your gallery, you will just sit happy counting cash from his recurring membership.

You can buy your content from the same content provider, that way, theres a good chance your content will appear in the members area (Ask the owners/webmasters of the site, most of the time, they can help you out...).

I would also be really mad not to find the girl I was looking for in the members area. After all, when a guy clicks on a banner, he usually wants to see more from that girl!

If you promote a site with exclusive content and want something fresh. Some sites can provide you with a free pass to grab some content on your own...

You buy your content so that your site appears unique. No one wants to see something that everyone has. At least when you buy it there is a limited amount of the same product out there. Your site will improve 10 folds.
