Suggestions for TGP Script

I'm looking to redo my self-made TGP/Link List, but I'd like one that allows for thumbnails to be posted up by the webmasters or edited by me through the program. Ideally, I'd like to browse the pics and choose which I'd like to add in based on my preset dimensions.

Any suggestions?
