Ok, let me have it. do your best/worst work on:

I cant figure out why, no matter how much TGP/MGP traffic i send to my galleries, people just arent clicking on my links to the site.

Any advice would be great.

It could be because you only have two very small funky looking links on that gallery to your sponsor. Make them big, yellow and flashing if you can. Also your header is huge! If you are going to use that big of an image for a header make it a link to your sponsor. That is a lot of real estate to just have "sitting there".

I would also have a link AFTER your thumbnails........... Too easy to leave with them at the bottom like that.

Just my opinion.

I generally have a very good click through on my galleries.

Also.........I would rethink Adult Bouncer. Unless their techs/servers have gotten a bunch better.

Much better, if for some reason your still having trouble getting clicks link those thumbs to the tours and leave the text linked to the movie .

BTW you have the thumbs linked to WMV files but the texts links to MPG files?

Yeah by default if they click on the thumb it takes them to the WMV because i assume most PCs can run WMVS and i would prefer to save bandwidth but if someone needs an MPEG they have that option as well.

Another thing is, how long, how big should my movies be? do i need more, do i need less?

maybe try another background color. that shade of salmon is ugly. and for your glazed sluts banner at the top, i didn't even knw it was a banner until i floated my mouse over it. pick a banner that stands out and place one at the bottom too.
