Hey i am new at all this and i was wanting to start out small and easy.So i am looking for,I guess a remotely hosted TGP.Where its set up and ready to go and all i need to to is add my banners and get traffic.

There are several easy ways to do that but Let me save you some time and heartache. Get a domain name and a server deal of your own. Then figure out choker's system. You can add all or any of his niche galleries. Then as time goes on you can add your own galleries and sponsors hosted ones. This is painfully easy and a good start. I did it just for an experiment recently in addition to my main sites. It works. Put enough time and effort into it and you could do well.
You get traffic back for listing his galleries. List his tgps as trades and make cash even. Turn it back over into traffic purchases.............
