Question Regarding DVD Screenshots

Hello there boys and girls how are you?

Does any of you know of some tool to make HIGH QUALITY (almost DVD Quality) screenshots from a DVD video? We got tired of blurry low rescaptures (like the ones on power dvd)....

All help appreciated!

rip it to avi,
open it in VirtualDub (use the de-interlace filter)
and screengrab it.
