I think the winner is the SE (Search Engine) traffic. It is always the highest converting traffic source, no matter what kind of sites (mainstream, adult, any niche). The impact is realized over time, it is more of a long term thing.

Because backlinks from fiver and such are absolute garbage and instead of helping your site getting a good backlink profile it will completly destroy it, and totally ruin the domain
resulting in months of work to recover.

So don't do that xD

If you got no idea how to do seo, don't do it and hire someone to do it for you (with seo, you usually pay for what you get) don't expect a guy asking 100$ a month to do a proper seo job (usual seo rates are 50-150$ an hour)

Crap Quality backlinks will have a negative affect, you will do better with 10 quality Backlinks than 500 crap quality from fivr. I suggest looking at a free 30 days with Monitor backlinks, watch all the videos and read everything, this should give you a better understanding.
