deos twitter control how many followers you have in order for u too start an add campaign and pay for advertising, I have noticed that i have been at around 10000 followers for the last 4 months, everytime a rise in followers, I also decline. please advise

I will hit your number soon as well, but my numbers don't decrease at all. I had high numbers of followers on Facebook and I have noticed similar issue. I think that's just about the content. I wouldn't say that its intentional. -
There are bots that mass follow account but then suddenly they unfollow in bulk.Comment

I think there may be some truth in this.
I have accounts that continue to grow organically, and others that have just stalled for no reason. I think it's less about paying for advertising, and more about having the power to limit and control. They want their recommendations engine to be skewed towards "influencers".Comment

well put, thanks for the advice. i have also noticed that there are pages that would never follow my pages (mainstream) and when you try to follow them, you get a pending message. why would a person follow a adult site, if he/she does not what you to follow backComment
