I don't. Too many guys that follow you are just bots and they will fill your feed with crap constantly. I just follow the major porn stars and studios. I follow them and retweet some of their good posts.

On Twitter you shouldn't follow back everyone.
Never follow back eggs.
ALWAYS follow back big name's in the genre if they retweet or link or mention you.
If big name's retweet one of your tweets you should go to their profile and RT either their pin or one of their most recent posts (You may become allies)

Just a couple tips / tricks. I'm small in comparison with many of my twitter friends.
