I have seen large numbers of threads with our content on there on a forum, threads with full galleries with the image thumbs linking to chronos.to

I have sat there an copied each of the 150 or so images and sent an DMCA email with the links to the images we want removing to: [email protected]

2 Weeks go by and I have no reply and the images are still on the threads and not been removed, so i send the email and 2 weeks later still nothing. Monday i sent an email to their General Inquiries [email protected] to get intouch so i can send a shed load of links for them to remove as they are hosted illegally and to my suprise ive had no reply.

Can anyone recommend anything?, we have a Muso account but they say they only take down the .zip/.rar files and streaming videos NOT images from servers, which is pretty lame.

You are most probably right ravo, only thing we can do is send DMCA to what we find, which unfortunately is a drop in the ocean to whats actually out there being posted!

GoDaddy usually replies that they have nothing to do with Domains, BUT, CC'ing GoDaddy along with the others, often gets a site to respond.

Send ONE e-mail, with CCs to all parties - site, hosts, registrars. CC's, not BCC's, not individual e-mails. Or even TO's themselves. One e-mail, all parties visible addresses. Gets most offenders to sit up and pay attention.
