Tech Trade Expert mytraffic/out.php ???

Hi,

if I but my domain.com/mytraffic/out.php into a default ad banner on Juicyads, will it be counted so the traffic comes from my domain?

I have to much traffic to figure it out.

If not, any idea or trick how to do it?
