Ah, I didn't try to send that stuff yet. It seems they applied a completely new system/design so it probably doesn't work properly yet and they will need to fix something.

also, they have been a pain-no response to emails, promo content not updated and they asked their webmasters several times a year to remove all content of some bitches that changed their mind.

It's really strange. In some countries in Europe it is illegal to copy gov IDs, so how come they are asking for this?
