Tech How to put iframe code on wordpress site

How to put iframe code on wordpress site ?

after doing a search the only thread i found covering this is this one
    http://gfy.com/webmaster-q-and-fucki...rdpress+iframe

    and the problem is'nt resolved.

i need to put iframe code on the page of a wordpress site
the result of doing this is it just shows the text, or it shows the scrolling bars and the iframe underneath in a small box as mentioned in the post link above

the iframe code is the code supplied by webcam (or any other) affiliate program, wordpress will not process the iframe code due to security issues.

i have tried 2 iframe wordpress plugins - they did not make any difference.

i have tried putting the code "in text mode" - this just displayed a small box with scrolling bars , with the iframe (not working) underneath.

so does anyone know what the solution is ?

There is an iframe plugin called iframe. I've never tried it so I can't tell you how well it works.

i tried the 2 top iframe plugins that are at the top when you search in wordpress plugins for "iframe" - and both did not work.

      any other ideas ?

Post the code you are working with, remove your affiliate info from it if you wish.

You might need some HTML to do what you want, also might need to adjust the actual iframe size inside of the affiliate code.

            thanks for the response

            heres the code<iframe class="frame" src="http://promo.awempire.com/iframes/?t_id=template1001&psid=&psprogram=revs&pstool=203 _2&site=jasmin&cobrand_site_id=&template=iframe_bi g&skin=wg&flags=1&column=6&row=1&campaign_id=&cate gory=girl&subaffid={SUBAFFID}" scrolling="no" align="MIDDLE" width="1383" height="178" frameborder="No" allowtransparency="true" background-color="transparent" marginHeight="0" marginWidth="0"></iframe>

its the same with any iframe from any affiliate company, they do not work,

i preferably want the code cloaked, but the furthest its got is showing the small box with scroll bars that just shows a capture of the page behind/within the small box.

                Works fine for me.

Add your iframe code in 'text' mode.

Just don't switch between Visual/text mode in the editor or WordPress will strip the code out.

If this doesn't work for you, it could be your theme or a plugin interfering.

thanks very much for that - worked first time
ive tried it a few times since with different code , and it worked each time.

i tried it a few times, putting it in "text" mode, as mentioned above, but it did'nt work at all, so i dont know what the difference was this time.

thanks again - works just fine
