Monetization advice

Just looking for opinions on my site and maybe how to better monetize it. Naturalhairywomen.net

I only have juicyads popunders on category pages so that the galleries and main index are clean. This way I can still use tgp sites like thehun and elephantlist.

I get approx 15k uniques and 250k total page views a day. Should I use some cpm ads? I get about 1 pay site sign up ever 2 days and not crap with the crakrevenue sidebar link.

Your stats are impressive ! I would advise you to try to collect email addresses ! But without being too aggresive. Only a "subscribe to our newsletter" can help you.
Then it's easy to make more money if you have a good database.

This. With those stats, you could be building a mean email list.

I'd offer some sort of opt-in "bribe". Could be a unique gallery, or vid...

If for example, you've noticed that one of your girls is getting substantially more hits than the others...
Put up a unique gallery that can only be accessed by your email subscribers.

2) You can add traffic trading widgets from plugrush.com, and test banner advertising, as a publisher, from ClickPapa.com, and AdamoAds.com.
