Twitter automation scheduler

hey, so like more crazy question here....
So like the title suggest I am attempting to semi automate my site to twitter.
I use Word Press still. Have all kind of cool plugins....but they all seem a bit shy of what I want. Most either straight don't work unless you pay to upgrade them or just don't work right.
although ones that would post scheduled tweets with just text, title, url & hashtags on timely order would be some helpful it's not the greatest and like I said many so far don't work or fall short.

One I do like that has great potential is twitter auto publisher from xyzscripts. The problem though is cant upgrade it as all links to xyzscripts is dead and the scheduler part of it is only in upgraded premium (29 dollars) not too bad for what it could do.
Works great for auto tweet while publishing in bulk but its not a timed dump its a full dump now. So if I do a 20 item upload to site all 20 tweet nice.

What I would like is this in a schedulable every 20-30 min intervals with Title, url, #tags, featured image and maybe descriptive content excerpt.

Checked it out, doesn't seem to have any scheduler system.

Schedule your posts through wordpress, have the posts auto-generate links to various social media platforms using iffft.

Ifttt will auto-check your schedule every 15 minutes.
