Acceptable monetization RPM

Hi guys,

I was wondering what is the average acceptable rate of return per thousand impressions on a tube site. 75% High Quality country lets say. For example, if I have 100k daily impressions from the US, how much would a decent monetization plan pay in return? Including pop unders.
