just started a new program at CCBill, but want to migrate to NATS or something else. What is the best script nowadays and why? Thanks!

CCBill is pretty good. I used them for years with BIG traffic. It works.
Nats is basically a system where you still using ccbill (if you want) and many other billers on cascade. So if surfer can't signup for X reason, the system will make him join with your second biller. Plus better tracking and details but at the end of the day, if you are just starting, I suggest you to stay with CCBill only. Then you can move to NATS.

Nats is great but takes a lot...a LOT of work to setup all..
plus more billers will cost you $$ and nats charge you a month too.

i handled several sites and they used CCBILL. no problems encountered so far.
