Trade Traffic using Plugrush

Can somebody explain to me how Plugrush works? I see a lot of people talking about it but I don't quite know how it works. I don't want to lose visitors by redirecting them to a different site, visitors might even hate it. And what about direct links (on twitter for example), do they still work? What is the average return in new visitors? Let's say I redirect one, how many do I get back?

What are your experiences in the increase of earnings by traffic trade? Sadly I've lost some traffic due to malware by Juicyads (grr) but i'm climbing back up.

Traffic trading widgets from Plugrush are good, and can be one of the top sources of visitors to your site (I would say around the first ten - fifteen referrers). Traffic trading is a good way of increasing number of people coming in, and it is very common on xxx sites.

Twitter can be very good, if done correctly, especially with accounts with large number of followers (and natural / good).

How does a Plugrush widget work? Is it just an ad? because I'm already using Juicy & Exo.. Just need more traffic (without losing traffic because of all the redirects or losing my direct links through social media, twitter for example @shemaleheaven)..

It's a collection of thumbnail images that link to content on websites in our system. You can use it to trade traffic with sites in our trade system and/or to sell traffic to advertisers in our system. (Each option can be selected under Traffic Settings, when you create a widget.)

Widgets can be customized in a lot of different ways, i.e. size, number of plugs displayed, colors, etc.

Mobile redirects and popunders can be turned on/off at your discretion (very easily in our webmaster interface) and are used to sell traffic only.

I'm already using Juicy, but it's just ads, not traffic trade.
