I've seen a few affiliate programs, but all of them require me to have a website before joining.

What are the kinds of programs who don't require an existing website?

I'm looking to build a small web-site based on a sponsor's content (title page, one or two pages with pictures, and then send the visitor to sponsor's join page).

Is this one of "the right ways" to get started in the adult-biz?

If yes, then what are these sponsor programs called, and give me a link to some of them please.

If no, then what is the better way?

find paid host, buy content make galleries. This is simplest way. When I start in adult biz over year ago. I try sponsor content, free host etc. I lost a lot of time before I made first sale (30$). This doesn't work.
