Business Anybody using mailing lists

I've opened up an adult toy store, (adultfunstore.com) and I am just now getting started with marketing the site. I've started some SEO, and I am using google adwords/merchant to send some clicks my way. I'm not sure how successful email campaigns might be. Do you guys have any advice, or what service you use for email campaigns. Thanks for the advice. - Rob

Adwords is going to be an expensive route to start with, until you get your conversions decent. But if you have deep pockets, you'll learn quickly that way.

Are you talking about email drops or just building a list and setting up an autoresponder? If you're talking about mail drops, I'd recommend going to some of the in-person shows, making friends, and networking. Affiliate relationships are the easiest way to make a quick buck.
