They used to be good until their popunder codes began acting funny. My bounce rate increased by 20% over a course of 2 weeks and decreased to its normal numbers when I took them out.

That goes for any broker. The day of mobile redirects are over, it was nice while it lasted - now you need to build responsive sites.

Still PlugRush is awesome for buying adult mobile traffic (get it while you can!) and sending to places like SGM
