Is there any to make money from my mobile traffic without losing the traffic. In other words I would like my mobile users to have an option to go back to my site after being redirected.

Not if you redirect them to a site you do not control.

Short term, you can gain some money from selling (redirecting) your mobile traffic, but long term you'll gain more by doing a mobile whitelabel site on your own server. I use SGM, you can edit the template and insert a link back to the normal site if you like and this way you don't loose the SE juice.

It's hard, if you redirect the user I'm afraid that you let him go somewhere and can't control it.

You can also create your own portal with an affiliate program like Mobidea it's a good alternative to keep your brand visible for mobile users.
