How to monetize plugrush traffic?

hi, do you have experiences on as to earn money from traffic bought by plugrush? which are the best ads and landing pages to promote?
my test with different kind of traffic and ads (Plug, Mobile redirect, popunder to webcam, dating, ecc) is bad now, near 0 conversions but I read online there are people with 300% up of conversions... is possible?

what kind of traffic did you buy ? is it mobile? and for which markets ? maybe i can recommend you an offer that is converting well ... we have at the moment some really good services, with a good CR and a competitive payout
