I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that grabs content from sites that offer galleries and then rename the description to unique content. Are there any programs that I can promote that offer this plugin?

I think you can do it with cyberseo.net or anything that supports the best spinner.

wpomatic, feed wordpress will pull content but then post the same contenet as a dupe.
