You should be worried. Taking random photos of any model, no matter if she's famous or not will land you into trouble.

to the OP, how to approach copyright is right in the word 'copyright':

if you don't own the rights to use the photo, don't copy it

but yeah...2257 issues, getting your site and your host DMCA'd, why go there when you can buy non-exclusive content cheaply and use promo materials from your sponsors for free? Also, a lot of non-star chicas use various means to pay attention to where their content appears online, so don't assume that just cuz a chica (or a photographer for that matter) isn't a 'star' that they won't go after people who infringe upon their copyright

don't use ish that doesn't belong to you. It's unethical and can cause you a lot of hassle.
