Does anyone know any of the guys at Amerinoc personally or on some sort of good term grounds?

I recently took up hosting with them but it didn't work out for me, I was always having problems logging in and loading the control panel page. Support tried everything but with no luck so I requested a full refund and cancellation.

The emails have went quiet since I requested this... very frustrating.

My friend sent an email to their sales and he got a reply with 30mins.. Seems I'm being ignored. Its been 24-48 hours since I have requested refund.

What do I do?

It seems like no matter who you work with, support and quality varies from person to person.

Have you tried a good ol' fashioned telephone call?
