getting a ccbill account

Hi, just wondering what's involved with getting a ccbill account. Some websites prompt you to fill out a ccbill form if you don't already have an account. Is it better to sign up an account direct with ccbill?

Its not hard, just like filling out a credit card form.

if you mean, while signing up as an affiliate then yes, you need one master account at ccbill then you can just merge differnt affiliate programs in it, each one will give you new id to use specific for that program.,
