How to get conversions?

Hi everyone,

I'm the webmaster of the site erotic-confessions.net. What I would like to get help with is that I don't get any conversions on the site.

I get about 4K traffic a month, I know that's not a lot but it should bring some money, no?

I have a sex shop and a VOD site which are affiliate sites and they don't convert anything. I also have banners on the site and they don't bring any income either.

Is there anyone out there who can suggest what I should do? Thanks in advance.

How about these sites?

I see some of similar sites that have been around for years. How do they make money? For example: eroticstories.com, lushstories.com, literotica.com...
There must be a way, no?

You said around 4K a month, that is totally peanuts, it works out at 130 unique a day and that probably counts bots hitting your site. The sites you mentioned, I only looked at one, Lushstories, it tells you the number of visitors they have on top of their page, it said something like +4K A DAY, and +150K registered members, that is how they make money. They have +120K a month minimum (4Kx30 days), probably more.

Anyone can get 130 daily visitors a day, easy, that amounf of traffic in adult is nothing, I have far more traffic than you and still making hardly any money.

I have 4K per day and it makes few dollars per day. You really need tens of thousands of visitors per day (or really good targeted traffic) to make some decent amount of cash.

I sell ads only, I get 1.5K a day, Im making around $6-7 a day. 4K a month wont convert into cash. You need to promote your site, but as said, it looks like a blog so it wont do well.
