    smart thumbs install help pls

Ok i am very tired at the moment, but I'm trying to install smart thumbs on one of my domains...

The admin is up and running and 35 galleries are added (more to come of course).

Now how the hell do i get this 'template' to display? I added the template code to my index.html and no love, just broken images. (http://www.japanese-schoolgirls.net)

what does "Template for 1st face:"

"Output files (first face - delimiter ,): "

    actually mean?

Why in 2012 is this so hard. The smart thumbs install manual is like it has been written by a 3 year old no offence i know that who wrote it does not have english as his first language but STILL....

The help files are terrible. Really terrible.

Can anyone give me some help here? or even if you want to suggest an easier to use alternative... thanks...

    1) smart-scripts.com/st/help/manual.php?action=help&cmd=help_list&value[pid]=47 (#2 Prepare groups)

    2) Go to Galleries preview menu in st/admin/rotator.php, choose a group and make sure your galleries display there

    3) Tools -> Template Maker (Template for: index, Amouth of thumbs: <whatever you want>, Galleries group <probably leave it as is>, Default movies, Number of rows per table, Number of columns per table etc; leave everything else blank); copy the code

    4) Tools -> Template editor -> add the code there along with <!DOCTYPE html>, <head></head>, </body> and all that

    5) Go to Summary -> and click on Thumbs & text rotation, possibly random, you need to do it every time you add new galleries and want to rebuild the page

    # # # you can click on question marks by particlurar options in admin to get explanation on what they are etc:

    Template for 1st face:

"Your template name for 1st and 2nd output file (eg. index.shtml, index.php), default template name is st_template.htm for 1st output page and st_tempalte2.html for 2nd output page. You can create own template and save it into st/templates directory. Templates can be named anyway you want and could have any file extension, it doesnt matter, you only need to change its name here.

You can set more templates delimited with comma, script will random use one of these templates."

Output files (first face - delimiter ,):

"Name of your index pages, index.shtml, index.php etc. If your output file name is index.shtml, you have to create blank files named index.shtml and chmod it to 777, etc."

Once you get it working it's a nice script. I haven't had any luck with templates for it so I wrote a manual php script to add more pages and randomly pull thumbs from the SQL database, so far that's working out ok. I'm using TGPX on another site which I like also.
