I am ready to start a blog... yay. However I have a couple websites.. why is a blog so important? I see that a blog has tags, you know, those different sized links that are one word or a two word phrase. Mainly how do I post the blog script on my domain server? I know that wordpress doesn't allow sexy content, so how do I make a professional looking blog, that can be easily reached?

Wordpress.com doesn't allow any adult content, it is in their terms...
You will need to install wordpress.org on your server, or get someone skilled to do it for you.

Wordpress is important because it is a content management system that allows you to easily build, maintain and customize your site. It's not that hard to install the software, and can be done in less than five minutes.
