Hi,

I have just launched a new website and have set up a standard affiliate program via CCbill

Where exactly do I go to let people know it exists? Is there some central repository for this type of thing or somtehing else?

I didn't really understood What are you lookin for? Are you looking for affliates or for members who will pay? To get some affiliates sending traffic to your site you need to create some promo matetials FHG, blog RSS, banners etc and then spam your partner program on some boards. Also you can be listed in some review sites (e.g. http://www.signbucks.com/) But first of all it will be a good idea to buy some traffic from ad spots just to get your site tested and determine ratio. You can get traffic from following places:
EroAdvertising - leader in Adult Advertising, with all kind of filtering, targeting and anti cheat system

there are many ways to let people know you exist...and one of them is getting the right affiliates to promote your site. Noticed that you are using Ccbill. Would advise you to use their affiliate program to get the affiliates you need.
