I use their embeds. You have to add your domain to RedTube system to allow tracking incoming hits. I have around $124 on my account. Communication with their rep is without any problems.

Redtube is purchasing traffic from you and they have tools for you to use that will generate clicks to their site as well as you using your own method like sending all excess clicks to them.

The minimum payout is $500.00 so you would have to send by my calculations 166666 quality hits to get a payout. If you can generate that kind of traffic in a reasonable time period it should be fine for you.

As a measuring stick, if you send around 1000 quality hits a day to redtube from your sites you could get two payouts a year.
