how to redirect all wordpress posts

i am trying to redirect all my wordpress posts to the homepage. does anyone know how i would go about doing this? i will delete all the post if i have to or just delete wordpress all together because i want to direct visitors to my new forum. also i am getting about 400 visitors from google how bad of a SEO hit will i take by doing this and how can i minimize the hit?

just delete them and they will get 404 error page
