Hi,

I'm newbie in industry. I set up website, i'm making exclusive content, i have affiliate program. Whats wrong with my website that i'm almost doesn't sell.
I have some affiliates, but each sending me average daily traffic at 10 UV. It's normal? I think i should have really much more traffic, to get page profitable.

Try to upload your exclusive content to big tube sites like YouPorn or PornHub via Partner account.

Best thing for paysites is to have a lot of in-house traffic. Or you can buy advertisement on adult webmaster boards such like gfy or sponsorschat...

how much traffic do you have?
First thing i would check is if you convert your traffic in the range 200-1000:1.
I.e., if you get at least a payment for every 200 to 1000 unique visitors to your site.

then:
a. if it is better than 1:200, your site converts well. you need to focus on getting more visitors, and improving the site is not a priority

b. if it is worse than 1:1000, unless you have really poor traffic sources, your problem starts with the site itself. While trying to get more traffic, make sure you improve the site. Show some videos, some more previous, more 'themed' content etc.

c. if it is between 1:200 and 1:1000 , your site converts roughly average. You can make a decent profit with this conversion, especially if you don't spend a lot on content, but you may benefit from tweaking your tour/landing pages etc, while also trying to get a lot more traffic.

2) Your Alexa rating is poor, try uploading content to toob sites and to write articles for people like me to post to My blog that will link to you.
3) Revamp your site. It looks GOOD, but not great! I think there is a market for softcore and nudes but you need content and you need to show off your girls.
4) Get Your Models too blog about their lives or record them and write up blogs about it. Or just make shit up!
5) You can try black hat SEO, it worked good for me to get some better alexa ratings, don't know if that converts to sales but it did convert to traffic.
6) Post samples on a site like mine (slipperyonion.com), include a good description and a good link to your site. (please dont upload censored material Ill just delete it).
7) Try posting samples to tumblr, sex.com, pinterest (if you can get an account), snatch it, weluvporn.com, and any other pinit sites you can find as they will increase your google PR. They tend to drive a few hits your way, but mostly they just work well to get google traffic and alexa ratings. I need to write an article on how to use tumblr. It doesnt drive allot of traffic but once you get followers you will get re-pins which equate to more google index's.
8) Build a link wheel with blogs and trade traffic with other link wheelers (like ME)!

Some valuable tips - one curiosity though: how would the alexa ratings help, other than maybe for SOME industry PR? I know people who go long ways trying to improve their Alexa, but unless you plan to sell your property fast to not-so-smart buyers, I don't see a real benefit. I may be wrong

ok, so we updated website according to advices. we created profiles on every website you suggested.

We created banners farm and sample gallery, if You are our partner or want to be and You need things to promote website just contact us.

Copy write notice. Include a Copy write notice on EVERY PAGE! Looks better, few more stars to get rid of, but looks better. I saw a few posts on My site, I noticed you forgot a Image Source which is your backlink so I added it for you. Keep adding backlinks, look for places that don't have no follow and keep doing it. Set up a few of your own affiliates and see how they work for you! A blog on Blogger.com would be a good place to start as many people use that to share images and work on their first affiliate site. Each affiliate site you create should have a backlink directly too your own site, essentially I am telling you to build a link wheel, but see what challenges your affiliates face by becoming an affiliate!
