I know how to get to my FTP ogram, but don't understand how to set up the folders to upload to sponsor.

On another board ( real wise crackers there) one of the webmasters told me to just use sponsors that offer a control panel to upload.

Since just stating out I decided to use sponsors free galleirs until I learn more about building my own sites
