I am thinking cyberage is the best so far since they have free hosting to get me started. is there any other avs you guys would suggest and why? thanks in advance

You can use CCBill or Ibill or both and you get 50% ot 60% recurring depending on the program you use. You can 60% recurring easily, you just have to make 10 sites and send 500 hits/month and you almost qualified for 60% recurring.
This AVS system converts less than 1:100 and keeps the customers for a pretty long time. Some webmasters convert 1:20, I´m doing closer to 1:110 which is pretty good for me, depends on the quality of the traffic.
