Like that I'm losing all the traffic, xhamster sucks

No, Pimproll is legit and they own the rights to those videos so that is perfectly fine.
Also, not all tubes are pirate tubes. Lots of sponsors make clips or even or long videos available for legitimate promo use.

I am planning to copy sites like that and see if I can gain some traffic therefore I want to make sure why sites like that are not welcome or shit talk upon in this forum. I want to understand the hate so if it's something i could ignore, I will try...

No. Nobody ever said all videos on tube sites are stolen. There are tubes out there that specialize in stealing videos, however. They're easy to spot.

They crop the watermarks off, and refuse to link back to the site who produced the content being shown.

I stopped embeding xhamster videos, I think my website and my ip is blacklisted.

The best rule of thumb if you want SE traffic is to play it really clean. If there's any doubt at all about the integrity of people you're linking to, or being linked from... don't do it. Just don't associate in any way with shadiness and you should be fine.

yeah because on google 99% of everything they link to is copyrighted like on xvideos
